Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase.   Before sending an item back to us, we prefer to be notified via email with a brief note explaining the nature of the problem and how you would like your return to be handled.  You may return the unwanted item(s) to:

It is helpful to include the invoice that arrived with your order, or a copy of that invoice, with your return and a brief message as to how you want the return/exchange to be handled (ie refund to card, exchange for other item, etc.)

In certain cases we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items, cancelled orders and incorrect addressing by the customer. This is to cover our various costs such as, but not limited to, credit card processing fees, postage, packaging and labor. UPS charges a $10.00 fee for all refused packages or incorrect addresses. We reserve the right to pass these charges on to the customer. We cannot refund or reship orders to customers that provide incorrect addresses without either receiving the returned order back from the deliverer or re-charging for the order. If we do receive the order back from the deliverer, we will need to charge shipping for any reshipped items.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for many items at a cost of $4.95.  Each item will be wrapped separately, unless you note under "Special Instructions" during checkout that you'd like to combine two or more items into one gift-wrapped box (in which case you would only be charged one gift-wrap fee).  You will be asked during checkout, how you would like the enclosed gift card to read (i.e. Happy Birthday Mom,  Love Kim).  Please allow extra time for delivery of gift-wrapped items.

Please note:  Gift-wrap option will not appear on product page of items unavailable for gift wrapping. 

A Word About Our Jewelry

Most of our jewelry is made to order.  We are happy to consider any special requests you may have about coordinating pieces or custom sizing.  Also, there may be a shipping delay on some jewelry orders, depending on the volume of orders we are experiencing at that time.  Thank you for your patience!

Privacy Policy

We do not and will never share your information with anyone.  The information we request such as:  address, phone number, email address, etc. are used strictly for filling your order and communicating with you.  It is important that you give us this information so that we can contact you if there is a problem or question with your order.  We feel that unwanted e-mails are the scourge of the internet as telemarketers are to your private life and accordingly do not wish to ever contribute to these problems.

We also occasionally send out e-mails when we have new items or special offers that might interest our customers.  However, you will only receive these emails if you leave the "Add Me to Mailing List" box checked during the checkout process.  This box is located in the "Customer Information" section just below the box that requests your e-mail address.  You can also choose to unsubscribe from our Mailing List at a later time.

You are also asked for a password when checking out.  This is for your convenience when you return to place another order or check the status of your current order.  If you forget your password, you can request it or simply place your order by re-entering your info.  You do not need a password to order!!
