We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase.*
 
For returns of undamaged merchandise, it is helpful to include the invoice that arrived with your order, or a copy of that invoice, with your return, and a brief message as to how you want the return/exchange to be handled (ie refund to card, exchange for other item, etc.)  We ask that you carefully package your return, so that the item(s) arrives to us in good, re-sellable condition.  Not doing so may jeopardize your refund.  You may return the unwanted item(s) to:

If you are returning undamaged merchandise and are making an exchange for other item(s), shipping charges for the exchange item will be applied to the credit card or other payment method used on your original order.  The exchange item will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Mail, at our discretion.
 
If you receive your order with damaged or missing items, you must contact us within three days of reciept.  Please also keep all original packaging from your order.  This may be needed to file an insurance claim.
 
To report damaged, defective or missing merchandise, please call (877-PNK-RIBN) or email (customerservice@pinkribbonshop.com) us with the details of the problem before returning any merchandise to us.  Sales on any customized product are final after artwork approval and cannot be returned.
 
*For returns that include all the items purchased in a single order, we will need to deduct a $5.00 fee from any refund due.  This is to cover our various costs such as, but not limited to, credit card processing fees, postage discounts, packaging and labor.  In certain cases we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on returned items, cancelled orders and incorrect addressing by the customer.  In addition, if your order total included quantity discounts, free or reduced shipping promotions, etc., these discounts and promotions may be reversed and reduce your refund if the dollar amount of items returned would make you ineligible for the original discount offer.
 
UPS charges a $10.00 fee for all refused packages, incorrect addresses and undeliverable packages. We reserve the right to pass these charges on to the customer. We cannot refund or reship orders to customers who provide incorrect addresses without either receiving the returned order back from the deliverer or re-charging for the entire order. If we do receive the order back from the deliverer, we will need to charge shipping for any reshipped items.  All refused, undeliverable and returned orders marked "Receiver Not In" will be automatically refunded less original shipping charges and return postage charged to us by UPS.
