We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase. Before sending an item back to us, we prefer to be notified via email with a brief note explaining the nature of the problem and how you would like your return to be handled. It is helpful to include the invoice that arrived with your order, or a copy of that invoice, with your return and a brief message as to how you want the return/exchange to be handled (ie refund to card, exchange for other item, etc.)
In certain cases we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on returned items, cancelled orders and incorrect addressing by the customer. This is to cover our various costs such as, but not limited to, credit card processing fees, postage, packaging and labor. UPS charges a $10.00 fee for all refused packages or incorrect addresses. We reserve the right to pass these charges on to the customer. We cannot refund or reship orders to customers that provide incorrect addresses without either receiving the returned order back from the deliverer or re-charging for the order. If we do receive the order back from the deliverer, we will need to charge shipping for any reshipped items.
