We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase.
*For returns of undamaged merchandise, it is helpful to include the invoice that arrived with your order, or a copy of that invoice, with your return, and a brief message as to how you want the return/exchange to be handled (ie refund to card, exchange for other item, etc.) We ask that you carefully package your return, so that the item(s) arrives to us in good, re-sellable condition. *To report damaged or defective merchandise, please call (877-PNK-RIBN) or email ( customerservice@pinkribbonshop.com) us with the details of the problem before returning the merchandise to us.
*In certain cases we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on returned items, cancelled orders and incorrect addressing by the customer. This is to cover our various costs such as, but not limited to, credit card processing fees, postage, packaging and labor.
*UPS charges a $10.00 fee for all refused packages or incorrect addresses. We reserve the right to pass these charges on to the customer. We cannot refund or reship orders to customers who provide incorrect addresses without either receiving the returned order back from the deliverer or re-charging for the entire order. If we do receive the order back from the deliverer, we will need to charge shipping for any reshipped items.
