Shipping Policy 

Most orders are shipping from our facility in Houston, Texas within one to two business days. Please note that the shipping method you choose at checkout refers only to time in transit and does not account for order processing time (about 1 business day for in-stock items, up to one week for custom made-to-order items such as jewelry or customized t-shirts)  When selecting your shipping method, be aware that times in transit for UPS shipping methods (SurePost, Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver) are for business days ONLY, meaning Monday through Friday.  Do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays when attempting to calculate your estimated delivery date.  Do not include the date you placed your order as one of the days in transit.  Please allow extra processing time for orders containing Pink Ribbon Shop handmade jewelry or customized t-shirts, and orders shipping to international addresses.  We are happy to assist you in choosing the most appropriate shipping method to meet your deadline or event needs.  If you have any questions concerning the shipping and delivery timeframe of your order, e-mail us at
Also note that the least expensive shipping methods are generally the slowest.  The US Postal Service's First Class Mail and First Class International Mail options are inexpensive, yet unreliable and can take longer, and there is no tracking available.  Please consider these facts when choosing "snail mail" as your shipping option on time-sensitive orders.  Orders not received by the customer that were shipped First Class Mail or First Class International Mail will not be considered for refund or re-shipping until three or six weeks, respectively, from the date the order was shipped.
U.S. orders placed using Priority Mail as the shipping option will require 1-5 business days transit time to reach you, depending on your location.  Refer to the first paragraph, above, regarding order processing times.  Priority Mail is not guaranteed to reach you in a certain number of days.  If your order is time-sensitive, we highly recommend emailing us at so that we may assist you in choosing the most appropriate shipping method to meet your needs.
UPS's expedited shipping (3-Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Next Day Air Saver,) are not guaranteed if conditions exist beyond UPS's control, such as bad weather and airport closings.  If these conditions delay your shipment, we cannot refund your shipping costs.  If you live in an area that is likely to experience heavy snow, hurricanes, flooding, etc, please plan your purchase accordingly so that you will receive your items in the time that you need them.
When placing orders online through our website, we provide real-time UPS and USPS rates based on your order's weight and destination.  We only charge a portion of the actual UPS or USPS shipping charges for each order.  Except for First Class shipping, charges include tracking and insurance.
UPS charges an $11.00 fee for all refused packages, incorrect addresses and undeliverable packages. We reserve the right to pass these charges on to the customer. We cannot refund or re-ship orders to customers who provide incorrect addresses or who are unavailable to receive their shipment without either receiving the returned order back from the deliverer or re-charging for the entire order. If we do receive the order back from the deliverer, and you wish for us to re-ship your order, we are not able to do so without first receiving additional shipping charges (equal to the original shipping, plus any charges UPS has billed us as a result of the incorrect address.)  All refused, undeliverable and returned orders marked "Receiver Not In" will be automatically refunded less original shipping charges and return postage charged to us by UPS.
If you receive your order with damaged or missing items, you must contact us within three days of reciept.  Please also keep all original packaging from your order.  This may be needed to file an insurance claim.
To report damaged, defective or missing merchandise please email ( us with the details of the problem before returning any merchandise to us.
Note to international customers: We use the United States Postal Service for all of our international shipments.  Most of our customers outside the U.S. receive their order within 2 weeks.  However, some international addresses are rather far from our Houston, Texas, USA location and require more time for delivery, especially during peak and holiday times.  We ask that you allow at least 6 weeks for delivery of goods before contacting us about a missing package.  Additionally, we ask that you check with your local postal office before contacting us. Many times a package is held there for reasons such as taxes/duties due or customs issues, which are beyond our control.   As the purchaser you are considered the "importer" in your country and are responsible for any taxes/duties that your country may charge.  We ship to most countries around the world and cannot advise on the various tax laws of each country.  Also, please note that when choosing a delivery method, the least expensive option is the slowest, and tracking is often not available.  If you need to receive your package by a certain date, please call or e-mail us and we will be happy to discuss which shipping options will best meet your needs.
